Comprehensive renovations of homes in Jávea
We renovate villas and apartments to improve their layout, installations and comfort. We study the condition of the home and its needs to define the work and plan its execution.
What a comprehensive renovation includes
Re-layout and masonry
We adapt the layout of the home to your current needs, with the masonry work that re-layout requires.
Electrics, plumbing and climate control
We renew the home's installations to adapt them to the intended use and to current equipment.
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
These two rooms usually account for a large part of the renovation: we renew their layout, installations and finishes.
Flooring, wall finishes and carpentry
We coordinate the fitting of flooring, wall finishes and the carpentry elements that complete the renovation.
Renovations of villas and apartments
We work on both villas and apartments in the area, adapting the scope of the renovation to the type of home and its starting condition.
How we prepare your quote
We visit the home to assess its condition and the owner's needs, and we prepare a quote with the agreed scope and line items before starting the work.
Completed renovation projects
You can see examples of this work in our apartment renovation in El Arenal, Jávea and in our kitchen renovation in Jávea.
